The Summit is being held in Malachowsky Hall located at 1889 Museum Road from 9-4pm.
Lodging:

Hilton University of Florida: Close to campus and local restaurants. Rooms start at $139. Booking link for block of rooms: https://group.hilton.com/xr9tlw. Estimated Uber fare from the Hilton to the Summit is $13.
The Reitz Union Hotel: Located directly across the street from Malachowsky Hall, where all the Summit activities will take place. For the night of October 3rd, with check-out on the 4th, rooms start at $139.
Hyatt Gainesville Downtown: Centrally located in downtown, near restaurants and shops. For those wanting to stay through Friday, availability is limited with rates starting at $399 per night. Estimated Uber fare from the Hyatt to the Summit is $10.
Parking:
The closest parking garage is in the Reitz Union at 655 Reitz Union Drive, Gainesville, FL 32603. Daily parking is $8 for the full day. If the Reitz Union is full, please proceed to Parking Garage 105, located on Gale Lemerand Drive, directly across the street from the Physics building.
Parking Garage Directions from the Reitz Union Parking Garage: Take a right at the light out of the garage heading West on the Museum Road. Turn left at the first light (Gale Lemerand Drive). The Parking Garage will be the first on your right. First floor is all guest parking at a charge of $8 for the full day.

Flying In:
Jacksonville International Airport (JAX): Both About 1.5 hours away from Gainesville, estimated cost for a cab from JAX to Gainesville is around $140.
Gainesville Airport: Approximately 20 minutes from Malachowsky Hall. As a smaller airport, it offers a more convenient travel experience. Estimated Uber fare from the airport to Malachowsky Hall is $25.
Orlando Internation Airport (MCO): Both About 2.5 hours away from Gainesville, estimated cost for a cab from MCO to Gainesville is around $170.
